Born and raised in Gooding and proud to call southern Idaho his home. He understands the importance of providing a great client experience, which is his highest priority. Some might remember Wyatt’s days as a former Senator quarterback or in the rodeo arena - his competitive nature and determination also means he will go the extra mile for his clients, so they achieve their goals and get the win! After high school Wyatt attended Boise State University for a year winning the Northwest Region in the Tie Down roping before transferring to Tarleton State University on a full-ride rodeo scholarship. He had a successful career as a Tarleton Texan winning the Reserve Championship for the Southwest Region in the Tie Down and being part of the Men’s Championship team for the Southwest Region and Reserve National Champions. He has traveled extensively throughout the west. Of all the beautiful locations to live, southern Idaho is still one of his favorites! Wyatt is also a licensed fitness coach and teacher in Glenn's Ferry and enjoys golfing.

I moved to the great State of Idaho as a small child. My family relocated to live closer to our large family. I grew up in the lovely rural town of Emmett, Idaho where I graduated from high school. I met and married my wonderful husband Brad Rumsey a native Idahoan. We raised our 4 kids, farmed, had a few rentals and a sanitation business in Elmore County. We sold the business and farm we moved to Fairfield, Idaho. I studied at CSI receiving an Associates of Applied Science in Computer support. I went back to CSI to get my real estate license in 2005. I've enjoyed meeting many people and working in Gooding County since that time. I enjoy working with people to find their new home and walking them through the process. When listing properties I promote your home through marketing, advertising and strive to get you the best price for your property. I also work in Property Management and Investing in the real estate market. When working with clients, I believe every Realtor should practice the golden rule every day and in every way.

Born and raised on a large ranching operation. My parents were Stephen and Polly Damele who bought and sold numerous ranches throughout Nevada and Idaho. Attended Richfield Elementary School, and Middleton High School until coming to Gooding. Worked at Land Title and Escrow throughout high school. Graduated from Gooding High School, married Jeremy Morris a local farmer. We now have five kids and live in Gooding. We farm potatoes, cow corn, grain corn, grain and alfalfa hay. Decided to obtain my real estate license once my kids were of school age and really enjoy it. I have experience with large farm and ranch land purchases and would love to assist you any way I can.
